How do I book a repair?

Making a claim is simple. Once you’re a member, just submit your repair request through the our members portal, provide the required details or photos, and the team will guide you through the next steps. Is pre-existing damage covered?

Any eligible* existing damage at the time you join can be repaired at up to 50% off, so your car starts the membership in top shape. After that, your ongoing scratch and dent repair needs are covered under the fixed pricing of your plan.
